Grogan's Mill awarded the July 2017 Yard of the Month to Cindy McManis. Dr. Cindy McManis is a native Texan and graduate of Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine. Cindy has completely overhauled her front yard since moving here in 1996. She does a little bit every year. From creating a brick parking area, hualing dirt, moving large pots, spreading mulch, and placing plants, Cindy has done it all. She often switches items between the back and front yards just to keep things looking fresh and inviting. Knockout roses, banana trees and jasmine are jsut part of the beauty of this natural reprieve. This yard is a lobor of love, and it shows! Thank you, Dr. McManis fro adding so much beauty to our lovely community of Grogan's Mill.
